Online STD Testing

Sexually transmitted disease (STD) is also know as sexually transmitted infection (STI) or also known as venereal disease (VD), is a type of disease that has the possibility to passed between humans through human sexual behavior that includes vaginal contact, anal sex, and oral sex. Sexually transmitted infections have a broader range of meaning: a person can infect and may potentially be infected with others with or without any signs and symptoms of the disease. According to some hospital cases reported, sexually transmitted infections are acquired too from using IV drug needles that is being used from a infected patient. A mother can also pass the infection to her baby if the mother is infected and has vaginal delivery and from breastfeeding. If you are ashamed of being tested to a hospital, an online clinic is available 24/7. The STI clinic offers free consultation. Test kits for sexually transmitted diseases are also available here and if you want to get tested online, click here Online STD test.

STD tests are done in different ways. Doctors will be able to tell you what type of test is applicable to your specific case. Doctors then will start asking you questions. Sexually transmitted diseases are also discussed at the STI clinic. If you are diagnosed to be positive at any of the STDs, you can have your consultation there. And if you are experiencing any signs and symptoms of STDs, get tested now. Immediately consult a doctor before serious complications occur. To get a test for STD, click here STD tests.

Undergoing an STD Test

When I was young, we would be often asked to go to the clinic for our annual health check up. It was the usual or ordinary health check up that a child would not fear. When I got employed, I was asked to undergo a medical check which was totally different from what I had when I was in grade school. I was asked by my employer to have a blood test, dental check up, heart check up, eye check-up and urinalysis. These were totally new to me that time since I was young. Actually during the blood extraction, I was really afraid because I really hate needles. In the last ten years of my employment, I have gone through the annual health check-up. It became ordinary to me. However, last year, I had a different kind of experience. Our employer required us to undergo an Online STD test. All employees were surprised with this mandate from the administration. Since we sought for a dialogue, they readily agreed for a discussion. For us, the STD tests would mean invasion of our privacy. It is getting into something which is sensitive and private. Personally, my sexuality or my genitals is a very private thing. During the dialogue, the administration said that our sexual health is the most often neglected part of our health. There are a lot of sexual diseases which are spreading. They are also communicable. Some have genital warts which they are not so much concerned with. Later, we all realized the importance of our sexual health.

HPV and Chocolate

Chocolate is full of antioxidants, alkaloids and epicatechin oligomers but all we need to know is that these ingredients may fight the dreaded HPV(Human Papilloma Virus) according to Cacao Biotechnologies, NY.

HPV is the most common STD in the US at the moment and 24 million sexually active Americans carry it presently. It is the main cause of cervical cancer which affects 12,000 women in the US every year. As of yet, there are preventative measures in place but no cures exist.

Phase 1 clinical trials will hopefully commence in approximately 6 months. Because the chocolate derived molecules that Cacao Biotechnologies use are 100% natural, they are deemed safe so the trials can be carried out in a shorter space of time than other drug trials and will cost a lot less in addition. The company are preparing their application to the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Marketing chocolate as an antiviral might not be that far off yet.

Biased Notion on STD Test

People more often consider the regular medical and dental health check up important. Actually, schools and different companies conduct an annual health check up for employees which consist only of the medical and dental. Talking about medical check up, it does not include psychological and sexual health check up. We give more importance to those which we consider are normally important. There are negative things attached to other check up. For example, if one undergoes a psychological test or psychiatric test, people assume immediately that there is something seriously wrong with a person. As we often say, the person may have a mental illness. It is the same with sexual health examination. If one undergoes an Online STD test, people will think that the person has a sexually transmitted disease. We discriminate people who take such test because we are already biased. If one goes to a dentist, we don’t immediately conclude that the person has an aching tooth. Many see a dentist for cleaning and regular maintenance of their teeth. When we talk about STD tests, we do not say that it is for maintenance purposes. However, we cannot blame people for thinking of these things because it is already given that the STD Test is for people with sexually transmitted disease. Only people with sexually transmitted disease take it. However, there are patients who undergo an STD test just to be sure that they are clean. Though they have only one sexual partner, they cannot assume that their partner is faithful to them. These are just true biased notions on STD Test.

Unusual Ad on STD Test

I was traveling in California when I saw an billboard ad that says “Take Online STD test". I asked my brother what STD means. He laughed because he could not imagine that I did not know what STD stands for. With a smile on his face, he said “Sexually Transmitted Disease.” When I heard it, I asked how can it be done online. I continued by telling him that any doctor’s consultation or physical check up must be done before a doctor. My brother told me that you can consult a doctor online. You just have to tell him the symptoms or what you are feeling. He can give you his advice online. There are a lot of ways to immediately communicate the information. I insisted that if you need to have a physical check up, you have to be present physically. My brother who is working as a computer analyst in one of the computer firms in Los Angeles, informed me that a sexually transmitted disease is a serious sickness. Usually, people are embarrassed in seeing a doctor. They are afraid to have a face-to-face encounter because of the possibility of being discriminated. I asked how it is done. He said that you just have to file online. A testing kit will be sent to you. You just have to send your payment online. After receiving the kit, you can easily read and follow the instructions in taking the STD tests. You will just be sending back your urine to them via courier. With all these technological advancement, the STD test advertised is unusual to me but ordinary to many.

Online STD Test Better than the Real Thing

The rule of thumb when it comes to sex is, you better stay protected, or else you suffer from it. There have been times when you strike to be adventurous, and still do it cause you forgot protection, and you may get lucky that time. But who knows when are you still going to get lucky? You just might never know your partner’s history, and if you just met her at a bar on a drinking binge, chances are way up for you to have STD. I am not scaring you and I am not being a cock blocker, all I am trying to say that before you do it, you should know the consequences like STD. Once you show signs of weakness, irritation of the genitals, itching genitals, white fluid discharge, lesions on your genitals, then it is time you get familiar with STD tests to determine what kind of STD you got. I understand as well that you feel uncomfortable and awkward and would drag yourself to a walk in STD clinic, that is why you’d rather do an Online STD test. This way all is kept confidential, and at this time you can get to know your condition well. One good place online would be the Sti Clinic, as you can get STD kits that you can use at home, send it back to them and wait for results within 24 hours. With a reliable lab based service, and a next day delivery, there is no excuse why you can’t get treated confidentially with the Sti Clinic.
